REFUNDS, TRANSFERS & ROLLOVERS:
Refunds and rollovers are no longer available for the Feral Pig Ultra, as demand far outweighs supply and we want to keep the process fair for everyone trying to secure a spot. With our new registration system, you can now sell your entry and transfer it to another runner if you can no longer make the event, using our dedicated Facebook group: Feral Pig Ultra Buy/Sell Group.

For fairness, entries cannot be sold for more than the original purchase price, and all transfers must be completed before entries close. Once you’ve agreed to transfer your entry, simply open your original entry confirmation email, log in, select the transfer option and follow the prompts. This process avoids multiple handling and saves you the $30 admin fee.
QUALIFICATION
The conditions for the Feral Pig Ultra, regardless of the distance, can be rugged and harsh given the varying terrain and weather conditions at this time of year. We recommend you have trained appropriately for the distance you are entering, particularly gaining experience along rugged trails in hot conditions as hot temperatures can frequent at this time of year.

DROP BAGS
PERMITTED FOR ULTRA DISTANCES ONLY

Drop bags are permitted for all Ultra-distance runners at all aid stations. Once you’ve checked in at the Feral Village, place each drop bag into the designated marquee for its corresponding aid station.
Please label them clearly with your BIB NUMBER, NAME, and AID STATION.
Please consider the size of your drop bags, if you're only putting a small item in a drop bag please try to use a reasonably small drop bag. Please don't use those plastic ziplock bags - the birds have learned how to open them (and they will!).

COLLECTION
Drop bags will be available to collect at Perth Hills Discovery Centre after your race until 4pm on the Sunday.
If you’re planning on escaping to real-world food and a soft bed by then, we’ll take them back to the Ultra Series office, ready for you to collect - we'll let you know closer to the day, of the days and times you can pop by the office.
SHUTTLE BUSES

ALL Ultra runners (100 Miler, 100km, 50 Miler and 50km) MUST catch the bus from the Feral Village at the Perth Hills Discovery Centre to the start line. Buses will depart shortly after race-day check-in closes, with final shuttle times to be released closer to race day.

Pork Chop 23km runners are to check in at the Feral Village and must arrange carpooling to the start line at Kalamunda.

Please read the Race Manual for more details.
AID STATIONS
There will be 9 fully manned, full-service aid stations positioned across the course, each ready to keep you fuelled, supported and moving forward. Between these, you’ll also pass up to 3 unmanned water stations to top up when you need it most.
Every stop has a role to play in getting you to the finish, from refilling bottles to lifting spirits, so take a moment to plan your strategy. Full details, locations and service notes can be found in the race manual.
CUT OFFS
Each aid station has its own cut-off time, set for both safety and logistical reasons, and these will be strictly enforced without exception. They’re designed to keep runners moving safely through the course and ensure our crews can support everyone properly. In addition to these individual cut-offs, all distances must reach the finish at the Perth Hills Discovery Centre by the overall event cut-off of 4pm Sunday.
Plan your pacing, know your checkpoints and give yourself every chance to stay ahead of the clock.
